Soft sunset gradient nail art

Hello my sweet ladies! I have something rea-heally pretty for you today :D  I LOVE this gradient, I call it my soft sunset. I kind of have a thing for sunset manis with black silhouettes, I really enjoy doing them. Click to see more!

I made this design using my new brushes that I bought at ProNails Breda and ahh... they are just a delight to work with <3 Do you see that tiny tree? Yeah... not even that hard to make. These brushes made it easy!

I started by making a gradient using OPI Sparrow Me The Drama and Only You Banana Split. They blended really well so the gradient turned out awesome, I think. I painted the ground and the tree with my new ProNails brushes and black acrylic paint.
Making the moon was a bigger challenge! I wanted it to have a moon-like surface and reflect the colors of the sunset.

I started by painting the outline with my awesome new brushes and white acrylic paint. Then I used a super tiny piece of sponge to apply white paint along the outline, and a little bit inside of the moon too. I lightly brushed the moon with a brush dipped in remover, so it wasn't as obviously sponged.
This is the image that inspired my design. I tried to make the clouds but that wasn't pretty at all, so I removed them again. All in all, I think it worked out really well! I really love this design and I hope you feel the same!

If you love this, please share! And also, I'm almost at 2000 followers on Instagram, which is amazing for me because I had never ever expected to get there, let alone this quickly! If you enjoy my photos, I invite you to follow me on Instagram (my name is @narmai) because they usually get posted there first! Thank you!!!
