One stroke dahlia + video tutorial

Hi my darlings! I have some more one stroke for you today, including a video tutorial. The base for this mani is Polish Alcoholic Lumos Duo and you can win this in my Instagram giveaway, plus lots more goodies! Click to see more!

So yeah, I didn't really have a plan for these, but that's the fun part! I did the first round of petals and then the second one and then I had no clue what to make for the hearts. I walked around without top coat for a while and then it hit me! Yellow hearts, like daisies!

The whole flower turned out more like a dahlia, so that's what I'm calling it.
I like this flower the best! It actually looks like it has little veins, it makes it look SO real, doesn't it?

I used Polish Alcoholic Lumos Duo for this mani. It's a hot pink holographic polish that OMG freaking glows in the dark!!! It's sold out now, so the only way to get your hands on this polish is to enter my Instagram giveaway and hope you're one of the two lucky winners!!!
I mean, look at it! Isn't it super bright?! There's nothing Photoshopped about this picture, I promise you. The glow is all natural and it's amazing, especially for a pink polish! Usually pink, red & orange colors glow less, so I'm really impressed with this one!

Also, take a look at my video tutorial that I made especially for you guys! All you need is a flat brush (I got mine from eBay), acrylic paint in two colors and a detail brush. You dip the corner of the flat brush into one color, and the other corner into the other. Then swipe it along a piece of paper several times to make the gradient, and then you can paint your petals. It takes some practice but then it's not so hard! I'm working on a tutorial for the basics!
