The glittaahhh!!! I combined three sparkly polishes to make this design: Gosh Holographic Hero for the base, Digital Nails Supernova secondly and I layered China Glaze Techno on top of it all.
The color was added in 'blobs' using all four of the OPI sheer tints, and then all I had to outlines the blobs using white acrylic paint. Easy peasy!
I keep looking for awesome, mind melting ways to use these sheer tints with glitter! Sometimes they rock HARD, and sometimes... not so much :-p
