Isn't her dress looking faaaaabulous? I would love to have one of those! And her muscular shoulders too XD

The gorgeous blue base is a mattified Picture Polish beauty called Blue (how fitting!) that I got from Color4Nails, I used the OPI matte top coat over it. The lady was painted with acrylic paint!

Aaaaand now for the kicker, the dress... ahhh that dress! Btw she did have a face.... I painted it after applying top coat, was actually kind of okay with how it turned out, then forgot to top coat again and went to wash my hands vigorously to get the holo dust off.... Bye bye face XD I actually saw it wash away under the tap water and cursed myself for it!!
