Secret garden nail art (plus video tutorial!)

Sooo.... freakiness, anyone? You know how much I love my overly creative nail art... here's another one for you to enjoy! Ofcourse this is absolutely unfit for everyday wear. But it's SO much fun! Click to see more, plus a video!

Most of these supplies came from my craft room. I swear, it's a cave of treasure in there! The flowers used to be in a bottle with cuticle oil. Only... this was before my nail era, so I poured out the oil and saved the bottle & flowers. I know! Sacrilege! But hey, pretty pretty flowers :D

The base color for this mani is Gothic Gala Lacquers Lili St. Cyr because it has the perfect color for grass.
First, when your base color has hardened, apply a thin coat of the nail foil glue. I'm using the one from KKCenterHK. This dries up transparent so you'll know it's dry if you can't see it anymore. Don't touch it! Very very sticky, which makes it perfect for this nail art. I used a patch of green... stuff... that I found in my craft room. You can use anything you want, like flocking powder or some cool fabric. Place it on the glue and press gently so it sticks on all sides. Remove the edges with a tiny pair of scissors.

I also found a baggie of small rocks in my craft room. Same process as above: apply glue, let glue dry, apply rocky path. Exactly the same for your flowers, or whatever you want to use.

Please be aware that this is NOT meant for everyday wear, it will be ruined in no-time. But it's SO much fun!
