Chique neon nail art

Helleuu!! I promise some hand painted stuff is coming up again soon, but first I HAD to try this out! Doesn't it look fancy? I used two shades from my Gothic Gala Lacquers collection, and ofcourse I also made a video tutorial for you, my babes, so click to see more!

I bet you're wondering how I did that stripe down the middle... Here's the step-by-step:

I applied the dark and mysterious Gothic Gala Lacquers Floor 500 to my nails. When that was dry, I used white acrylic paint to make a diagonal line across my nails, filling in the tips of my nails. I let that dry thoroughly and painted Gothic Gala Lacquers Blushing Bodies on top of the white. One or two coats will do!
While this was drying, I painted two coats of China Glaze Glistening Snow on a plastic bag. When the polish has dried, you can just peel it off! It's a really neat trick that can be used in so many different ways! In this example, I cut in straight lines to make strips of glitter polish.

Put a top coat on top on top of your unfinished design and immediately place the strip of polish over your diagonal line! Hold it in place until it doesn't move anymore, and cut off the excess on the sides. Top coat if you feel like it, and you're done!

Ofcourse a video tutorial makes it so much easier to follow:

I received Gothic Gala Lacquers Floor 500 and Blushing Bodies as a press sample for an honest review. Opinions expressed are 100% my own and not influenced in any way other than the quality of the product itself.
