Creepy crawly 3D spider nail art

Heyyyyaaa! We're not quite done with the Halloween creepiness yet! I know that most of you HATE spiders, that's why I had to make more of them. I'm not scared of spiders at all! This is some more of my weird 3D nail art and I have a video tutorial so you can learn how to do this :D Come check this out!

I used Spooky Floam from Ninja Polish for this design, which is why it glows! I got this polish as a birthday gift from the ever so lovely Hanne from It's So Damn Original. Check her out, this girl does love her neons!
And ofcourse I have a video tutorial too! Duhhh!!! It turned into more of a craft tutorial than a nail art video, but bear with me! Haha!

Firstly, you'll want to make the legs, before starting on your nails. Take a piece of metal wire and insert this into a scoubidou string. The real ones are hollow and it's really easy. You can bend the string with the wire inside, and snap it off at the desired length.

Take a piece of clay and mold it to make a ball. Push the ball onto your nail, I didn't use a base coat but ofcourse you can use one. Mold it into the shape of your nails and paint it black using acrylic paint (or polish, but acrylic paint stuck better to my clay).

When that's dry, apply top coat to your spider's body and immediately sprinkle the flocking powder on top of the wet top coat. Pat it down with your fingers and wait for the top coat to dry.

Now you'll want to clean up all of the excess flocking powder, but don't BLOW on it! That'll cause a great big mess. So clean it up with a bigger brush, and then insert the legs you made earlier. Adjust them the way you want and you're done!
