Celestial princess nail art

I painted.... a face! I don't attempt faces often and for good reason, I suck at them. But this one is actually kind of pretty! I like it when a nail art design challenges me like this :) Click to see more!

The design is completely hand painted with acrylic paint and my Roubloff 00 detail brush.

She turns a little creepy in the dark, don't you think? She loses all of her pretty-girl assets and becomes a dark figure with mysteriously glowing eyes.
The background gradient is made with Serum No. 5 Day Glow, Awesome Blossom & Wisteria-ously Bright. It's a delicious mix of sweet and mysterious, especially with the white stars & moon added.

Pretty much every gradient works the same way. I've made a tutorial tackling all the big (and small) issues when it comes to perfecting your gradient nail art! That's why it's not included in the celestial princess video tutorial ;-)

I received Serum No. 5 Day Glow & Wisteria-ously Bright as a press sample. I purchased Awesome Blossom with my own money. Opinions expressed are 100% my own and not influenced in any way other than the quality of the product itself.
