St. Patrick's Day nail art - HPB linkup

Helleuuu my ladies (and gents, and sometimes the occasional cat)!!! St. Patrick's Day is around the corner and you know what that means.... boooooze!!! No just kidding :-p We have another HPB linkup for the occasion, so mosey on over and see more pics, a video tutorial and the other participants! Click to see more!

I'm in a Facebook group called Hobby Polish Bloggers and we're all, like the name says, polish bloggers! It's a great group of ladies and we all share our tips about blogging, and we help each other out. We came up with the idea to do monthly link-ups with a specific theme. We've done Halloweenfall favoritesChristmas'New To You' (that one was a BLAST!) and Valentine's Day. So for St. Patrick's Day, guess what we're doing? Yeah... St. Patrick's Day themed nails!

So I made the standard pot of gold at the end of the rainbow... very uninspired, I know. But I did give the gold some extra pizzazz by using Digital Nails Solar Flare to make pieces of gold!
The rainbow is made using sheer tints :D I used three of the OPI sheer tints and my two new Dance Legend Aquarelle toppers Tiziano and Levitan that I bought from Hypnotic Polish.

The trick in the video with the two shades of acrylic paint is called the one stroke technique. If you want to know more about this technique, check out my one stroke nail art tutorial to learn the basics.

I received Digital Nails Solar Flare as a press sample to make nail art with. Opinions expressed are 100% my own and not influenced in any way other than the quality of the product itself.
