Freehand spring leaves nail art

I know Spring has sprung for a while now but I'm really enjoying the fresh leaves, the warm weather and OMG the sun!!! I've missed the sun SO much! I love a good green-pink color combo so that's what I did right here. Video tutorial is at the end of the blog post! Click to see more!

These leaves are done with acrylic paint and my Basic One Gold detail brush from Christrio Scotland. They're actually really simple to make, because you don't have to be too precise when painting. I think that makes them more enjoyable, they don't take a lot of time but they look so fresh and pretty!
I started out with Different Dimension Give Me Love for the base, I bought this polish from MeiMei's Signatures. Besides being a gorgeous shimmery bubblegum pink, it also glows super brightly in the dark! It doesn't really have any merit for this design, besides keeping me entertained when I'm up in the middle of the night.
The silver glitter I used is China Glaze Glistening Snow. I'm really sorry to say that this one has been discontinued and only a handful of bottles is available on sites like eBay. I'm looking for a dupe for you guys!

I love using my HK Girl top coat from Glisten&Glow on top of glitter because it's a thicker top coat and it smooths out glitter like nobody's business!
