Inverse glow in the dark flowers nail art

Don't you just love it when things GLOW?! I know I'm a huge glow addict and I keep shoving it down your throats but I mean LOOK AT THIS! I love glow in the dark nail art! Ofcourse I have a video tutorial for you as well, so click to see more!

I painted the black pattern by hand with black acrylic paint and my Basic One Gold detail brush from Christrio Scotland. There's more info about this brush, and other brushes, in my article about nail art brushes.
The background gradient is made with Serum No. 5 I Gleam In Pink, Above The Curve It's Electric!, Parrot Polish Ocean BluePretty & Polished Firefly, Serum No. 5 Solar PowerOrange You Sunny & Awesome Blossom.

Painting an inverse pattern like this takes some practice. It's basically negative space, because the parts that you don't paint are what shape the image. The trick is to kind of see where you want your flower to land, and then 'project' it onto the nail in your mind and paint around that. Like I said, it takes practice :-p
