Aquarelle/water color city skyline nail art

Ahhh don't you just love color? I swear, rainbows have me hooked. I saw a beautiful one the other day and I was JUST in time to take a photo, because as soon as I had taken the shot, it was gone in 2 seconds! These aren't inspired by that, at all :-p But maybe you want to see my video tutorial! Click to see more!

I started out with Azature Faint White Diamond for the base and mattified it with OPI Matte top coat. Then I painted an outline of a city skyline with black acrylic paint, I used my Roubloff 00 from Adnails Manucure for this.
The aquarelle part is really easy and hard to mess up. Just take a tiny drop of acrylic paint and mix it with water, you'll want it to be really diluted. Then just pick up a bit of the mixture you made, and apply it to the nail. Paint a droplet shape, or go over the top parts with the same color a second time to make the color more vivid. Overlap each new color a little bit with the old to make a smooth transition.

I received Azature Faint White Diamond as a press sample for an honest review. Opinions expressed are 100% my own and not influenced in any way other than the quality of the product itself.
