Freehand red-eyed tree frog nail art

Why are frogs so happy? Because they eat what bugs them! This gorgeous background polish is Gothic Gala Lacquers Lili St. Cyr, it has a special kind of depth that I can't figure out. The video tutorial turned out pretty cute too so click to see more!

All cuteness aside, these frogs look really serious. Look at that resolve on his face. This is one determined little froggie!

The frogs are completely freehand with acrylic paint from the craft store, and my Roubloff 00 detail brush from Adnails Manucure. A lot more time went into them than it shows.

My mom thinks that the leaf turned out looking like kale but hey, she can never see what I paint anyways, even with her glasses :-p
I had really strange lighting when I took pictures of the froggies, they were much more detailed in real life. I'm really bummed about it... Lili St. Cyr still turned out as gorgeous as ever in this pic, like she always does. She can make anyone swoon over green. Actually I was wearing the base for this mani when my aunt came over and she begged me to paint her nails with it! She's not a green lover at all!

I received Gothic Gala Lacquers Lili St. Cyr as a press sample for an honest review. Opinions expressed are 100% my own and not influenced in any way other than the quality of the product itself.
